Will there be more box designs coming?
Yes there certainly will! Stay tuned as we are busy designing new boxes to cover different occasions all the time with exciting new products from small Australian businesses.
How many items can I add to my Design Your Own box?
This all completely depends on the size of the products. We have three box sizes and select according to the products you select and make the best fit. Add 1-10 products and if we cannot fit everything, we will be in touch to make some suggestions.
Can I order multiple boxes?
Yes of course! If you are sending out corporate orders, please refer to our Corporate page. If you have more than one gift you would like to send you can list the additional addresses in the notes box at checkout and which box for which address. Or send us an email at email@example.com to let us know!
Who will deliver my parcel?
The Gift Design uses Australia Post. You will be sent a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Do you include a greeting card?
We sure do. You can select a card found at the end of all product menus. Fill in your message in the special instructions box and we will hand write your message on your selected card. If you are getting the package delivered to yourself to hand over in person and would like the card left blank for you to write your own message, please let us know in the special instructions box.
How long does postage take?
We endeavour to dispatch your gift within 1-2 days and use Australia Post for delivery. Please follow along your tracking number that will be given to you to see Australia Post time frames. Once your gift is in the hands of the courier, we cannot take responsibility for delivery time frame.
Can I select a specific date for delivery?
Local delivery to 3926 and 3918 can be delivered on a specific date, just let us know in the comments box at checkout. If delivery is for The Mornington Peninsula, same day shipping is possible if ordering before 12pm and extra courier charges apply. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with intended address if you would like a quote for this option.
As we use Australia Post, it is difficult to guarantee a specific date for your parcel to arrive. We recommend purchasing as soon as possible. For no extra charge we can add a sticker saying 'Please open on.....' to your gift so the recipient knows to save it for a certain day.
Express shipping is an option at checkout.

How much is shipping?
For all Pre-Designed boxes, standard shipping is FREE!
For Design Your Own boxes, standard shipping is $14.95 added on at checkout.
Express for Pre Designed boxes and Design Your Own boxes is an additional $5.

I've accidentally sent you the wrong address, what can I do??
Contact us asap! If we have not sent your gift as yet, this is easily fixed. If however, your gift has been sent already, charges for a redelivery fee will apply. Please double and triple check to make sure you have the right address, this is your responsibility to provide the right information.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes! However it is your responsibility to check that hospitals are accepting deliveries as some have stopped accepting due to COVID regulations. If they are, please make sure you list the hospital name, ward and room number. If the recipient has been discharged, we do not accept responsibility for this and you will be charged a redelivery fee.
What if no one is home when the gift arrives?
Our gifts are sent with an Authority to Leave unless the gift contains alcohol. It is the courier's discretion to decide whether it is safe to leave the gift at the address. If not, they will leave a card to notify the recipient they have a parcel to collect from the local post office.
All gifts with alcohol require a signature on delivery and will not be left at the premises. If no one is home, a card will be left by the courier for the recipient to collect from their local post office.
Do you include a tax invoice or pricing in your gifts?
No! We never include any packing slips, pricing or invoices in our gifts. If you would like a tax invoice, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can email you through one.
What is your returns policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept any refunds or returns unless an item is damaged. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
